CASINO HINTS: The Pons Twins

The Pons Twins have “business connections” with Sykes (see Harry Parker’s interview), and have been cheated out of winning money by Charlie Young (see CCTV analysis of the Ponses at the same table as Charlie). So we have a potential motive. How can we trace their whereabouts during the time of the murder?

We know that the Ponses live at 7014 Valley Blvd (see the Ponses profile). How can we pinpoint the times that they were at this address?

Look at the parabolic microphone recordings. The Ponses are in their apartment from just before 22:10 until just after 22:40. Have you identified who the conversations are between on the text chain from the phone number ending 922?

Complete all of the Hadorag clues before moving any further with these hints.

Check the Report from Officer Ray Wood. There were a number of items found in Charlie’s pockets – take a close look at them. Also, check the timings on the text chain (phone number ending 922)…Charlie says “I’m here, how do I do this?”.

Charlie collected strawberry gum from Armando’s restaurant. Note the address found behind the chewed-up gum found in his pockets – see Ray Wood’s Report. This is the Ponses address. Charlie was last seen at this address, confirmed by his texts to Hadorag “I’m here, how do I do this?”. But there are still too many unanswered questions. Let’s turn our attention to some of the other suspects and their alibis.
