The patient in the psychiatrist reports enjoys tapping away at her typewriter. There appears to be a motive, but is there an alibi?

ANSWER
The first report states that Nicole is improving in her agoraphobia treatment (a fear of wide open spaces), although it’s very clear that the condition is still rather severe; Nicole is unable to visit the hairdressers without an aide, and even with an aide, she wouldn’t go anywhere near wide open spaces (such as parks) by the time Chloe was killed. The second report states that no improvement had been made since the previous week, and since Chloe was killed in a park, Nicole has a very strong alibi.
