Sykes is the owner of the Magic Mirror casino and it would appear that Charlie Young was caught cheating at Sykes Casino. This could be a motive for Sykes. We need to place Sykes at the scene of the crime, can we use any other pieces of evidence?

    Read the webmail from Sykes to Harry Butler. Can we use the content to trace Sykes’ whereabouts at the time of the crime? There is another piece of evidence to cross-reference this with.

    Harry was being interviewed by the Police at the time of the murder! As such, Sykes was the only person that could have been using the Company Jet. Sykes was in the air at the time of the murder – (Between 22:10 and 22:40 according to the Coroner’s Report).
