Take a look at the hints below for guidance!

HINT 01

Norma has lost quite a large sum of money (see counselling report). Where else have you seen this figure? Gain access to the police webmail.

HINT 02

You’ll need to have accessed the webmail to know that the Silver State Insurance compliments slip contains the same figure of $42093. What other piece of evidence connects this compliment slip to Norma (other than the counselling report)?

HINT 03

Watch the Video Meeting (you’ll need to have accessed the online webmail). Norma is present on the call and takes a keen interest in the $50k reward that Sykes is offering. This tells us two things: Mitcham works for Silver State Insurance, and she is the only woman on the call. Can we place her at the scene of the Crime?

HINT 04

Look at the CCTV analysis from behind the Magic Mirror Casino. Trace her footsteps using the casino security plans and take note of the times.

HINT 05

The CCTV analysis shows a woman that appears to look like Norma (see Casino Table CCTV – same curly hair). It also shows the lanyard with the Silver State Insurance logo on it. Norma was walking away from the scene of the Crime at 22:39 (This pairs up the Cam 5 location on the security plans with the picture of the woman on the CCTV analysis). Why is this time relevant?

HINT 06

Check out the CSI report from Jay O’Hara – Jack Shaw had taken some trash bags out to the dumpster at 10:45 and hadn’t seen the body.

Answer (Spoiler Alert!)

Norma was walking away from the scene of the Crime at 22:39 but when Jack Shaw took the trash bags out at 10:45, he didn’t see a body in the dumpster. After Norma was seen on the CCTV at 22:39, the CCTV Analysis confirmed that Norma had subsequently left the area and hadn’t returned. Those with a keen eye for detail would also have realised that Norma was carrying the wrong type of gun. Charlie was shot with a semi-automatic weapon. Furthermore, Norma knows that Sykes will only award the bounty if Charlie Young is bought in alive.
