    HINT 01

    DO NOT PROCEED unless you have read ALL of the other clues and found an alibi for Rachel Wiseman. The following hints will gradually reveal who the killer is! Once you have read ALL of the hints in Part 2 we suggest you move forward here.

    HINT 02

    Read the “Spies of London” torn page, specifically the information on page 88 on how a “covert assassin simply known as /4” was given orders. Now turn your attention to Fig 1. The microdot tells us a name, an address and a date. What is this information? Read the webmail conversation in Part Two between George and the author Frederick Miller.

    HINT 03

    Frederick Miller says “ – the Page 88 image you’re interested in shows details on the target, their address and the latest date the hit needs to take place.” 59200/4 has been given the order to kill Maxwell, who resides at 64A Market Hill Road, by DEC 13, 1965.

    Where else have you seen the address in Fig 1, i.e. the address of the target? Refer back to Margaret Hessler’s Police Interview in Part One.

    HINT 04

    Mrs Hessler is the landlady to Randall Tomlinson – “I live at 64 Market Hill Road. The basement flat Mr Tomlinson lived in was 64A.” The address belongs to Randall Tomlinson who we also know as Mike Maxwell.

    HINT 05

    A hit has been put out to liquidate 59200/2 (Randall). The AIA Telex SENT DEC 5, 1965 states – “59200/2 will, therefore, be liquidated by December 13 at the latest. Please contact 59200/4 in the usual way, requesting they get the job done. Send the message on the dot.” We know that 59200/4’s real name is Jordan Brooks. This Telex is giving us identical information to that found in the Spies of London book. It is clear that agent 59200/4 (Jordan Brooks) has been ordered to kill but we need to identify their ‘cover name’.     HINT 06

    Pay attention to the start of the video, particularly the address on the envelope. Use the map from Part One to see if you can locate this same address!

    Answer

    The address is 226 Market Hill Road. This has been identified as the Charabia Gallery! The envelope shown in the video is addressed to “the owner”… the owner of the Charabia Gallery is Vicki Milligan! Vicki Milligan was a spy whose real name was Jordan Brooks (59200/4). Vicki was ordered to kill Randall by the 13th December 1965!
