See the ‘Miami Central Bank – Safe Deposit Box Application’. It’s registered to Craig Flint. Now take a look at the section on the form ‘BOX INVENTORY’. Craig is storing photo negatives with the bank. Why is Strauss keen on accessing the contents of the safe deposit box? Take a look at the photo negatives in the evidence, what information can we take from them?

Look at the plane registration number – N77297. Where else has this been mentioned? Check the ILEDB file UO45F/8 – mentioned on the Internal Assignment.

ILEDB file UO45F/8 advises you to ‘SEE FILE #PI27B/6. Read this to gain more information on the Plane – N77297. This plane is believed to be the plane used for smuggling drugs into Miami, and Strauss is running the operation! This could be the reason that Strauss wants Craig dead, because Craig has incriminating evidence against Strauss! We must prove where Strauss was on the night of Craig’s murder. Strauss was in California, where Firtree Studios is based, this is his Alibi.. In the wiretap recorded on 04-05-1985, Strauss is heard saying ‘…consider him in charge whilst I am here at Firtree for the next couple of weeks’. Strauss has no reason to lie as he does not know he is being recorded.
