    ANSWER

    Frederick Helm states that a woman appeared just before 1 o’clock, asking to see Mr Flint. She stayed in the lobby for around 45 minutes and then asked the concierge for an envelope and some paper. She was also seen slipping something inside the envelope. Maria left the note with the earrings at around 1.45am. Craig had already entered the car-park by this time – Helm confirms that nobody entered the garage since Craig’s keycard was used at 1.13am. Maria was seen, by the night concierge, leaving McRae Bay towers. The concierge also confirmed that nobody else entered the building until the police showed up, Maria has an alibi.
